Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you'd like to cancel your order, you may do so on the same day, before your candle or fragrance order has been shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mymoonglow.com with your order details. If your cancellation request is received in time, we’ll process a full refund, which will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
